A large Jersey Fresh Tomato, cut into thick slices
2 slices of bread (of your choice)
Freshly ground black pepper


5m prep time / 0m cook time

1. Slice the Jersey Fresh tomato into thick slices
2. Spread a heavy layer of mayonnaise onto one slice of bread
3. Sprinkle mayo with a generous amount of salt and freshly ground black pepper
4. Top the mayo with two slices of tomato and then the remaining piece of bread
5. Slice in half and serve immediately
