Simple Salsa with Lime


4 firm, large Jersey Fresh tomatoes
1/2 medium onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped fine
1/2 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/8 tsp sugar (or to taste)
Juice of 1 large lime
Corn chips to dip


25m prep time / 0m cook time

1. Grate tomatoes using a hand grater (or finely chop)
2. Grate onion (or finely chop)
3. Add the garlic, jalapeno, cilantro, salt, sugar and lime
4. Refrigerate until serving time.
5. Serve with corn chips

Best if flavors blend in refrigerator for an hour before serving.
