Roasted Peach Lemonade
1 TB sugar
4 cups lemonade, homemade or store-bought
lemon, cut into slices for garnish
5m prep time / 25m cook time
2. Place peach halves skin side down on a baking sheet and sprinkle with sugar.
3. Roast for 25 minutes.
4. Remove skins.
5. Add peaches and enough lemonade to cover into a blender. Puree until foamy.
6. Pour pureed mixture into a pitcher. Top with rest of the lemonade. Chill completely.
7. Stir before pouring over ice. Garnish with lemon slice.
