Ingredients
1/2 lb Jersey Fresh Potatoes (4 to 6 medium), cut into 1/4 inch slices
2 TB herbs, such as Jersey Fresh thyme, rosemary, and/or oregano, chopped
2 cloves of Jersey Fresh garlic, peeled and chopped fine
2 TB butter, cut into cubes
Salt & pepper, to taste
Steps

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. Let a pot of water with salt come to a boil. Add cut potatoes and cook 5 minutes or until just cooked through
3. Drain potatoes well in a sieve and transfer to a gratin dish (2.5 quart) or shallow baking dish (13x9x1.5 inches)
4. Toss potatoes immediatly with remaining ingredients
5. Bake in upper third of oven for 20 minutes or until potatoes are pale golden
