Ingredients
1 TB olive oil
1 pound ground chicken
1/2 Jersey Fresh onion, chopped
2 Jersey Fresh garlic cloves, minced
1 cup Jersey Fresh celery, chopped
1 inch piece of ginger peeled and minced
1 Jersey Fresh carrot, grated
1 package of Lettuce Wrap Sauce or 1/4 – 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce or Sesame Dressing
1 large head of Jersey Fresh lettuce, large outer leaves
1/4 cup peanuts, chopped (optional)
2 Jersey Fresh scallions, sliced (optional)
Steps
10m prep time / 10m cook time
1. Heat 1 TB olive oil in a skillet.
2. Add chicken and break up with spatula.
3. Add onion and garlic and stir.
4. Add celery and ginger and cook until chicken is cooked through.
5. Mix in carrots and sauce and cook for 2 more minutes.
6. Roll 1/2 cup of filling into each lettuce leaf. Sprinkle with optional peanuts and scallions.

5. Mix in carrots and sauce and cook for 2 more minutes.
