CSA DescriptionCSA members pick up Certified Organic produce weekly for 20 weeks (Full Share) or every other week for 10 weeks (Half Share) beginning the 2nd week of June and running through the 3rd week of October. Half Shares will be assigned either an "A" week or "B" week for pick up. Members who pick up on the farm get to choose which vegetables to include in their share from a variety of options. In addition, they have the option to pick their own flowers, herbs, cherry tomatoes, peas and green beans when they come to pick up their shares. Members who pick up in Sparta will have a boxed share of vegetables chosen by the farmer, which may occasionally include some of the pick your own crops. We also attend the Sparta NJ and Milford PA farmers markets. We are committed to providing our customers with fresh, flavorful, high quality produce grown on our farm using Certified Organic practices. We strive to offer many heirloom and unique varieties of vegetables, herbs and flowers.
