Weekend Warrior, a bootcamp-style workout, was established in 2014 by Krystina Gorman and Janet Murphy, two certified trainers dedicated to sharing their passion for fitness. They have since traveled to venues of all kinds, hosting their workouts year-round. Each workout is different, providing strength and cardiovascular conditioning, core and balance training, and unique challenges for all fitness levels.
